I - INTERNATIONAL SIMULATION TOURNAMENT

CATEGORIES 

There will be 2  categories:

  • Category "Multidisciplinary Health Professionals"

  • Category "Individual skills"  

 

Category "Multidisciplinary Health Professionals"

 

A team of no more than 5 members must be integrated. 

The team must include at least:

 

1 Nursing professional or student 

1 medical professional or student 

1 Paramedic professional or student (TUM / TAMP)

 

In this category of  tournament teams will participate in a series of clinical scenarios in an OSCE-type format.

 

in every scenario  will be evaluated  ability to work in teams, solve clinical problems and  specific clinical skills.

The scenarios will be developed in an intra- and out-of-hospital context, so it is essential that each team is able to solve the scenarios from a multidisciplinary point of view.

 

Category "Individual Skills"  

You can register at the beginning of the congress, this category is open to the public regardless of their level of experience.

Specific skill stations will be set up during the Congress: 

Day 1: BLS standard CPR with 1 provider

Day 2: How many square knots can you make in 10 minutes?

The winner of this category will be the person who obtains the highest number of points during the congress.  

 ​

Who can participate? 

 

CATEGORY A:

professionals and  students  of Nursing, Medicine, Paramedic (TUM / TAMP), Multidisciplinary health professionals.

CATEGORY B:  Open to the public

 

AWARDS

CATEGORY MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS  

The award ceremony will take place at the closing ceremony of the event.  

The name of the team will be engraved on the congress cup.  

INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CATEGORY

A certificate of the congress and a gift from our sponsors will be delivered.
